University of Lodz

 Uniwersytet Lodzki (ULO) is one of the largest HEIs in Poland. Founded in 1945 it currently employs over 2500 teaching staff (inc. over 1200 Ph.D.). Research and teaching is carried out at 12 Faculties and interfaculty, interdisciplinary research institutes. International Cooperation has a high priority at ULO, which has collaborated with 91 HEIs in 26 countries.

The Faculty of Management (FoM), which will be involved in the project implementation, is one of the largest business school in Central Europe offering a wide range of courses. The potential of the Management Faculty includes 150 staff members (including 80 Ph.D., 30 D.Sc. and 10 full professors). Studies at the FoM provide managerial skills as well as the skills needed to undertake own business. Intensified activity in the area of curriculum and strengthening close relationships with business practice respond to the changes flowing from the market environment and constitute the basis for the development of FoM, which has specialist researchers in various areas of interest. The FoM’s team employees, with its. 20 years of experience in training staff in entrepreneurship as well as consulting and managing development of SMEs, has implemented. a number of research and international projects on various aspects of management .
